Room Attendant

Pine Mountain Golf & Ski Resort

Pine Mountain Golf & Ski Resort is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for our guests across hotel rooms and cabin accommodations.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, cabins, and common areas to resort standards
• Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize bathrooms
• Restock towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management
• Safely transport cleaning supplies and linens between buildings
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily room quotas
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures

Work Environment

• This position requires travel outdoors, including walking between cabins and buildings
• Must be comfortable working in cold, snowy, and changing weather conditions, especially during ski season
• Physical activity required, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout shifts

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Must be comfortable working outdoors as part of daily duties

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling available
