Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by disinfecting fixtures, replacing toiletries, and ensuring fresh linens are provided.
• Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to uphold spotless surfaces across all areas.
• Restock room amenities like towels, toiletries, and minibar items while ensuring all supplies meet quality standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety.
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to promote a healthy environment for guests and staff alike.
• Assist with public area cleaning tasks including lobbies, hallways, and other shared spaces to uphold overall facility cleanliness.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus.
• Demonstrated skills in cleaning techniques, including floor care and industrial cleaning methods.
• Experience with janitorial or industrial cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, or steam cleaners is advantageous.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry practices that enhance guest satisfaction through cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
• Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas.
