Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to uphold the hotel’s standards of hygiene.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after each shift.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly.
• Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management.
• Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around for extended periods during shifts.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report issues accurately.
