Room Attendant -Housekeeper

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant - Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms , ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all visitors. This role is essential in delivering exceptional guest service and upholding our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to IHG brand standards
• Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces
• Replenish guest room supplies and amenities
• Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and safety concerns promptly
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean and organized manner
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Deliver friendly and respectful service to guests and team members

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and push carts throughout the shift
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
