Room Attendant (Luxury Hospitality)

We are seeking a Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas at a luxury hotel and resort property in Saudi Arabia. This role is essential in providing guests with a comfortable, hygienic, and welcoming environment aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
  • Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and stocked with amenities.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety standards.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests related to room service and amenities.
  • Maintain cleanliness of public areas as assigned.
  • Handle guest belongings with care and maintain confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.

Qualification, Experience and Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar role within luxury hotels or resorts in the GCC.
  • Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a polite, professional attitude.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
