We are seeking a Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas at a luxury hotel and resort property in Saudi Arabia. This role is essential in providing guests with a comfortable, hygienic, and welcoming environment aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
- Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and stocked with amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests related to room service and amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas as assigned.
- Handle guest belongings with care and maintain confidentiality.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Qualification, Experience and Skills
- 2–3 years of experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar role within luxury hotels or resorts in the GCC.
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a polite, professional attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
