Key Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms daily to ensure all systems, fixtures, and furniture are in excellent working order.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Respond quickly to guest maintenance requests and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are guest-ready after maintenance work.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
• Record and report all maintenance activities, malfunctions, or damages to the Engineering Supervisor or Maintenance Manager.
• Support the hotel s energy conservation and sustainability initiatives by ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Conduct safety checks and follow all health and safety procedures when using tools, ladders, or chemicals.
• Assist other departments with maintenance-related needs as required.
