This is an ideal setting for licensed cosmetologists, estheticians, nail techs, PMU, Make up artists, lasers, spray tans, waxers, massage therapists, and other beauty experts who wish to provide exceptional services to their clients while enjoying the freedom of managing their own schedule and business. Our facility is equipped with modern amenities and is designed to foster creativity and professionalism.

Duties
As a Beauty Professional in our space, you will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality beauty services that you specialize in, ie makeup application, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and more.
• Managing your own client appointments and maintaining an organized schedule using salon software such as vagaro.
• Ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in your workspace.
• Engaging with clients to deliver excellent customer service and guest experiences.
• Promoting your services through social media management and product demonstrations.
• Upselling products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales and receiving a commission towards it.
• Staying updated on industry trends and techniques, including advanced treatments such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment, and esthetic laser treatment.
• pay room rental weekly with client comfort items included, and commission opportunities for selling retail.

Skills
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess the following skills:

• Self starter and driven with strong management skills to effectively run your own beauty business.
• Proficiency in salon software systems for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on guest services and communication skills along with other service providers in the facility. .
• Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to the beauty industry.
• Experience in various beauty treatments and retail sales.
• Familiarity with med spa/spa/salon experiences is a plus for those offering advanced treatments.

Pay: $42,470.48 - $200,000.00 per year
