Rooms Controller

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rooms Controller at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk, located in Dubai.

The Rooms Controller will manage daily room control tasks, ensuring rooms are allocated according to guest needs and preferences.

Responsibilities include coordinating with reservations and front office teams, managing overbooking situations, and ensuring effective communication between departments to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in Control Room operations / Supervisor position one year.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Reservations and Front Office procedures
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an advantage
