We are looking for a highly skilled Rope Access Manager to lead our rope access division within facilities services. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of rope access operations, while managing teams, projects, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Manage and supervise rope access teams for maintenance, cleaning, and inspection projects.
•  Ensure compliance with IRATA/SPRAT standards, HSE regulations, and company policies.
•  Plan, coordinate, and schedule manpower and equipment for projects.
•  Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and implement rescue plans.
•  Maintain rope access equipment logs and certifications.
•  Train and mentor technicians to maintain high competence and safety standards.
•  Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely service delivery.

Requirements:

•  Iqama Vailed and Transferable
•  5+ years of rope access experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
•  Strong knowledge of rope access methods, safety procedures, and rescue techniques.
•  Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
•  Experience in facilities services, building maintenance, or related industry preferred.
