Job Description:

We are seeking a Rope Access Technician – IRATA Level 1 to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out rope access operations safely and effectively, supporting maintenance, cleaning, inspection, and repair works at height as per company and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform rope access tasks in compliance with IRATA standards and company safety policies.
• Assist with maintenance, cleaning, inspection, painting, and repair works at height.
• Follow the instructions of the Level 3 Supervisor for safe and efficient execution of jobs.
• Ensure correct use of rope access equipment and perform pre-use checks.
• Support the setup and dismantling of work areas and access systems.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Report hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly.

Requirements:

• Valid IRATA Level 1 certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in rope access/working at height (GCC experience preferred).
• Knowledge of safe working practices and rope access equipment.
• Physically fit, with no fear of heights.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
• Preference for candidates with additional trade skills (cleaning, painting, façade maintenance, etc.).
