The Operations Rotational Program affords recent college and graduate school graduates the opportunity to be fully submerged into, and gain comprehensive insight of, the operations of USA Truck. The Program involves a 6 to 9 month rotation in which the participant will perform various managerial functions within the operations departments. The Program’s objective is to provide participants with exposure to every aspect of operations and operational leadership, to prepare for future opportunities within the Company. The objective is for the participant to develop into a specific leadership role within an operations department upon completion of the Program.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Program will involve the following rotational positions:
Skills Learned: This aspect of the program will expose you to the strategic direction and tactical execution of the pricing and network functions. You will understand and develop the skills necessary in order to drive profit and network improvements through specific pricing and network strategies, and how these strategies will impact miles on trucks, service and ultimately the profitability of USAT.
Skills Learned: This aspect of the program will expose you to the Dedicated segment of USA Truck. You will learn to manage and provide services to the customer in compliance, system(s) integrity, service reporting, and various other responsibilities.
