Route Delivery Driver

We are seeking a Route Delivery Driver to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of up to 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), delivery to and interacting with customers. Driving is primarily Tues-Fri however days may shift in order to meet our customers needs or to accomodate holidays. Drivers are to arrive at 6:30 am and daily hours vary based on assigned routes. We delivery throughout the entire state of Indiana and are expected to expand delivery areas this year. Driving hours will average 30 hours per week but additional hours be worked by assisting with other tasks or taking on additional routes (if asked).

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles
• Load and unload customer orders
• Check orders in with customers
• Properly and accurately collect payment
• Properly track and document drivers log
• Report any issues or incidents to supervisor
• Inspect & clean truck before and after trip

Qualifications:

• Valid Drivers license
• Good Driving Record (must be able to provide an Official Driver Record from the Indiana BMV if hired)
• Basic math skills
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work long hours
• Ability to be flexible
