This role is accountable on levels of designing, cascading and identification of opportunities which may lead to efficiency, robustness, and profitability for company.
Physical Availability Enhancement

Drive operational and strategic route agenda with team leaders and ensure binding commitments with business partners for volume growth and route service.

Undertake route design with regions with keen focus on route productivity and resource efficiency
People Management & Development

Manage and train RTM executives by assigning projects that will facilitate team’s development.

Provide on the job training to team which will encourage out of box thinking in order to develop disruptive strategies
Project management

Design, and lead RTM projects that are aligned with company’s goals.

Identify opportunities in regions and establish effective strategy, route, and means to tap potential sales

Development of RTM plans for emerging blue oceans and white space.
Budget management

Manage Distributor Business Development Support in terms of allocation, phasing, and overall budget.

Utilize budget spending to achieve company’s numeric goals
Liaison

Coordinate and jointly work with regional sales managers and head of sales to achieve mutual goals of volume and numeric achievement

Liaison with Customer Finance to identify key profitability baskets and devise way forward accordingly
Education & Experience
Bachelors with minimum 5-7 years’ experience in RTM/ GTM
