Work closely with Field Sales teams to validate route proposals and deliver them within expected timelines and productivity targets.
Review and maintain geofencing data to ensure accuracy and update routes as needed.
Develop and deliver reports on call compliance, call effectiveness, and before/after performance analysis; share insights and recommendations with Sales teams.
Prepare qualitative assessments to identify optimization opportunities and propose continuous improvements.
Adjust route solutions based on feedback from Go-to-Market and frontline leaders, ensuring alignment with defined routing principles.
Train new team members on routing tools, processes, and best practices.
