Job Title: RPA & AI Analyst/Developer

Location: Bangalore

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated RPA & AI Analyst/Developer to join our HR Technology team at Intuit. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using RPA and AI tools to streamline HR processes. You will work closely with Business Analysts, HR teams, and IT to identify opportunities, build automation, and ensure high-quality delivery of intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze HR processes to identify automation opportunities.

Design, build, test, and deploy RPA and AI workflows (primarily using UiPath, Workato, and LLM APIs).

Support existing automation in production, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Prepare process documentation (PDD, SDD) to standardize solutions.

Collaborate with Business Analysts and HR stakeholders to define requirements.

Train and fine-tune AI/LLM models (e.g., GPT, Google Gemini, Claude) for specific use cases.

Ensure solutions comply with Intuit’s best practices, security, and governance.

Stay updated on RPA/AI tools and recommend new solutions for process optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Strong knowledge of UiPath or other RPA platforms (Workato, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).

Programming knowledge (C#, .NET, Python preferred).

Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude).

Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, Spring AI, Llama Stack) is a plus.

Familiarity with HR systems like Workday, ADP, iCIMS preferred.

Strong problem-solving, process mapping, and documentation skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
