RPA Automation & Python Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Role responsibilities
• Design and implement RPA based automation solutions using platforms such as Automation Anywhere UIPath BluePrism and Microsoft Power Automate
• Develop self healing systems leveraging scripting languages like Python and automation tools like Ansible
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify automation opportunities and drive operational efficiency
• Architect scalable automation frameworks and ensure integration with existing IT infrastructure
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on automation best practices and emerging technologies
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation implementations

Technical Requirements:

• Required Skills Experience
• Strong hands on experience with RPA platforms Automation Anywhere UIPath BluePrism Microsoft Power Automate
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and Ansible
• Experience in designing and deploying self healing automation solutions
• Understanding of IT operations and infrastructure automation
• Ability to work independently and lead automation initiatives
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills

• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
• Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
