RPA Developer

Merzigo is currently looking for a skilled and motivated RPA Developer to join our remote technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that improve business efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions
• Maintain and support existing RPA processes to ensure smooth operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the day-to-day operation of RPA systems
• Create and update technical design documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify new automation opportunities
• Analyze and assess feasibility of new automation candidates
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality RPA solutions that meet business requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, MIS, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in RPA development
• Experience with RPA platforms such as Global Bilgi RPA, UiPath, and Blue Prism
• Certification in any RPA platform is a strong advantage
• Proficient in object-oriented programming (e.g., C#, VB.NET ) and familiar with MS SQL, HTML, CSS, jQuery
• Strong multitasking, deadline management, and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
