RPA Developer

You will eliminate manual effort across the organisation — automating high-volume, repetitive processes in telecom operations and fintech back-office functions, and embedding AI-generated insights directly into operational workflows.

ROLE MISSION

Automate business processes using Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline telecom operations (SIM provisioning, billing reconciliation, fault management) and fintech processes (KYC document collection, loan processing, payment exception handling)
• Integrate AI model outputs from Azure ML into automation workflows to enable intelligent, rules-based decision-making
• Develop Azure Functions and Logic Apps for complex integration scenarios between CRM, billing, payment, and banking systems
• Maintain and optimise existing automations to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance
• Document automation solutions and support handover to operations teams

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud flows)
• Azure Functions or Logic Apps
• API and system integration experience

NICE-TO-HAVE

• Experience automating telecom or banking/fintech processes
• OCR and document processing for KYC or compliance workflows
• Power Apps development
• UiPath or Blue Prism experience
