Sharepoint Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Automate Developer to design, develop, and optimize automated workflows that improve business processes and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform and a strong understanding of business process automation, integrations, and data flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows & Desktop Flows)
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient automation solutions
• Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and third-party systems
• Build custom connectors and manage APIs where required
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing flows for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Implement security, governance, and compliance best practices within the Power Platform
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to deliver end-to-end automation solutions
• Document workflows, technical designs, and operational procedures
• Stay updated with new Power Platform features and recommend improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate
• Working knowledge of Power Apps and Power Platform architecture
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Dataverse
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP connectors
• Experience with business process automation (BPA) and workflow design
• Familiarity with Power Automate Desktop / RPA is a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, or similar)
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps
• Knowledge of SQL, Azure Functions, or Power BI
• Exposure to ALM, CI/CD, and environment management for Power Platform
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
