RPA Developer - Blue Prism

Building process automations in accordance with standard Blue Prism design principles and conventions.

2. Configuring new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.

3. Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.

4. Problem solving issues that arise in the daily running of Blue Prism processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.

5. Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.

6. Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the UAT and roll-out phases.

7. Solid end user computing skills, An understanding of formal change control procedures and disciplines.

8. An understanding of software delivery methodologies (i.e. AGILE, Waterfall, V&V Model).

9. An aptitude for logic and mathematics.

10. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interview colleagues, gather business process details and

identify solution requirements.

11. An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error.

12. A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.
