Job Description: RPA Lead

Location: Bangalore

Position Overview

RPA Lead is expected to manage a team of developers, and ensuring successful delivery of automation solutions that align with business objectives. Lead is also expected to support the Sales & Pre-Sales team with inputs to support business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions, ensuring high-quality automation implementations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to identify automation opportunities and define solution architecture.
  • Oversee the work of junior RPA developers; provide mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance.
  • Maintain and optimize RPA frameworks, ensuring compliance with best practices and coding standards
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and support RPA solutions to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate integration of RPA solutions with IT and other business systems.
  • Document RPA processes and develop technical documentation for end-users.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in RPA technologies and incorporate them into solutions.
  • Lead & support Presales activities for the RPA team, validate technical proposals, manage BA Team & Support sales team with PoCs and other activities related to business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in RPA or software development.
  • Proven leadership and project management experience with RPA teams.
  • Strong expertise in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere, SAP BPA /BTP etc.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, Java), SQL, and API integration.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications in RPA tools are an added advantage.
Desired Skills
  • RPA technology proficiency (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
  • Programming (Python, C#, Java), Process Analysis, and Project Management.
  • Strong documentation and process optimization skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
