RPA Product Manager

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, preferably with Agile/Scrum Product Owner or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certifications.

Experience:

• 5+ years in product management, business analysis, or related fields with more than 2 years of experience in RPA implementations and automation technologies in banking/financial services industry. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in AI technologies, will be preferred.

Skills:

• Good understanding of RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies including ML and process intelligence
• Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational capabilities
• Proven agile development environment experience.
