RPA Solution Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for an RPA Solution Architect with solid experience in automation design and delivery, and at least one year of hands-on work in Microsoft Power Automate . The candidate should bring strong knowledge of RPA frameworks, process orchestration, and automation governance, along with the ability to translate business problems into scalable, reusable Power Automate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end automation solutioning using Power Automate Cloud & Desktop flows
• Design automation architecture integrating Power Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint, AI Builder, and external APIs
• Assess existing RPA workflows (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.) and migrate/modernize them to Power Automate
• Perform detailed process assessments, complexity analysis, and effort estimation
• Define and implement error handling, retry, and monitoring frameworks
• Guide junior developers and ensure adherence to coding and documentation best practices
• Work closely with business, IT, and security teams to align automations with enterprise policies
  
  

Required Skills

• 1+ year hands-on experience in Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop)
• Strong background in RPA delivery (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar)
• Familiar with Power Apps, Dataverse, AI Builder, and connectors
• Understanding of solution design, environment setup, governance, and DevOps pipelines in Power Platform
• Experience in API integrations, data handling, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant or Developer Certification (PL-200 / PL-500)
• Experience in migration of RPA solutions to Power Automate
• Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps or Power BI for reporting automation metrics
