RPA Support Engineer

Description:

Able to develop enhancements in identified processes.

• Configuring RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
• Adhere to technology related standards, policies and procedures such as standardization framework, coding standards.
• Ensure technology framework is followed as per guidelines for all automation enhancement opportunities across business units and operations.
• Prepare complexity assessment for all processes.
• Prepare project plan for each automation enhancement opportunity.
• Create / Maintain reusable component for all processes.
• Prepare Weekly status review for Management review.
• Prepare technical help card for Business stakeholders.
• Work closely with IT-PMO for inputs / approvals throughout automation lifecycle

Minimum 3+ years of experience as UiPath Developer / Support.

• Hands-on technical automation/RPA development experience along with the latest UiPath technologies,

specifically, UiPath Document Understand and UiPath Apps.

• Good experience in DBMS and experience in writing SQL queries.
• UiPath RPA Developer Advanced and UiPath Orchestrator Certified.
• Should have implement at least one UiPath project.
• Knowledge/Experience on Power Platform and AI tools is an added advantage
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work 24/7.

• Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error.
