Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized RSA – Dispatch Agent to coordinate roadside assistance (RSA) requests efficiently and ensure smooth communication between customers and recovery drivers. The ideal candidate will be highly responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing data accurately while using Zoho applications effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers requiring Roadside Assistance (RSA) and gather all necessary details promptly.
• Communicate effectively with recovery drivers to assign tasks and ensure timely service delivery.
• Track, monitor, and follow up on all active RSA cases until closure.
• Maintain accurate data and logs of RSA requests, driver movements, job completions, and delays.
• Update records in Zoho CRM / Zoho Desk / Zoho Creator as required.
• Ensure proper escalation of issues such as delays, customer concerns, or driver unavailability.
• Support the operations team with daily reporting, documentation, and task allocation.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in dispatch, customer coordination, or operations (RSA experience preferred).
• Good knowledge of Zoho applications (CRM, Desk, Creator, or similar).
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Good data management and documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making skills.
• Basic understanding of vehicle recovery and roadside assistance workflows is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
