Job Overview

The RSA Supervisor oversees daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the rental agentsand fleet team within the branch.
• Handle escalated customercomplaints and ensurequick resolutions.
• Monitor branch KPIs and prepare reportsfor the Branch Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policiesand operational standards.
• Coordinate closelywith the fleet team to maintain vehicleavailability.
• Uphold companyvalues throughout businesspractices and utilisesound judgment in decision making.
• Any other additional duties as may be requiredby management based on needs of the business.

Position Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 yearsin fleet operations or rental management roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a relatedfield preferred.
