About the Role:
Are you passionate about operating heavy equipment and ensuring smooth yard operations? APM Terminals Bahrain is looking for a skilled and safety-conscious RTG Operator to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating Rubber-Tired Gantry (RTG) cranes and other yard handling equipment to move containers efficiently and safely between vessels and the yard.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate RTGs and reach stackers to handle container movements in the yard.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure operational readiness.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety issues, or damages promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSSE) policies.
• Collaborate with yard controllers, equipment controllers, and other operators.
• Continuously develop skills and knowledge in equipment operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
