Role : RTO Executive / Return Order Handling Executive
Department: Warehouse / Operations
Location: Vill Kulana Jhajjar Near Pataudi
Reporting To: Warehouse Supervisor / Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented RTO (Return to Origin) Executive to manage returned courier shipments. The candidate will handle return parcels, update records, coordinate with courier partners, and ensure proper processing of returned orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify returned (RTO) courier parcels.
• Check parcel condition and match with order details.
• Update RTO status in system/software.
• Coordinate with courier companies regarding return reasons.
• Inform concerned departments (sales/accounts/customer service) about returned orders.
• Re-pack and arrange for re-dispatch if required.
• Maintain proper records of all RTO shipments.
• Identify frequent return patterns and report to management.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of returned products.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience in logistics, courier handling, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, order management system).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage bulk orders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
