RTT Business Analyst

Job Description:

Support to medium sized projects and enhancements and process changes driven by retail business needs. Defines Business Requirements. Defines test plan and approach and assists with business testing and user acceptance testing. Identifies current state processes and works with retail and project team to define future state processes. Documents process changes. Provides change management support to impacted teams. Defines business project management processes and supports implementation through effective change management practices.

Position Responsibilities:
Deliver current state and future state process maps and document processes to support functional and non-functional changes.

Identify roles, structures and standards that are needed to assist project development work and support across the business including best practice processes and change management to drive uptake and utilization.

Engage and lead sessions with internal (CG) stakeholders and retailers to identify key business requirements to support project change initiatives.

Partner with RbA IT, Business, and Retailer Stakeholders on requirements for Salesforce reporting

Other duties as assigned by manager

Minimum Qualification, Skill and/or Competency Requirements
Four-year College degree preferred

5 years Business Analyst experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate and present to next level management the project concepts and updates.

Proficient in the ability to express medium level concepts through multiple tools (ppt, excel, word, verbal, visuals).

Strong analytical and conceptual skills

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team collaboration and engagement.

Pay Range: $88,235.00 - $136,765.00 annually

**PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
