We are looking for a Rugged Devices Corporate Account Manager who will drive new business development for our rugged device product line, building strong relationships with enterprise customers and expanding our presence in the corporate mobility market.


Role Overview

As the Rugged Devices Corporate Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to acquire new corporate customers, develop strategic relationships, and promote our rugged device solutions. This role involves driving new business not only within Turkey but also in potential markets abroad. You will serve as the key point of contact for new enterprise accounts, ensuring the full sales cycle is executed efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients for rugged devices.
  • Conduct on-site customer visits and product demonstrations tailored to new accounts.
  • Develop strategic account plans to increase sales volume and product adoption among new customers.
  • Prepare commercial offers, participate in tender processes, and negotiate pricing/contracts with new clients.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging rugged device technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and 3. parties (technical support, logistics, product management, marketing) to deliver excellent service to new customers.
  • Leverage synergies with our group companies’ sales teams, tapping into their customer portfolios and collaborating on business development initiatives.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in rugged device B2B sales.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new corporate clients.
  • Strong customer-facing, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple new enterprise accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience conducting corporate customer visits and product presentations.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and solution-oriented approach.
