Position Summary:

Welcomes customers, takes food and beverage orders and serves orders in a timely manner. Always presents a professional and friendly image to customers. Caters to guest needs, and is knowledgeable about the menu, drink, and daily features. Communicates and works effectively with other front and back of the house staff.

Rum Bay, serves on average 300-650 covers per day. Servers enjoy a competitive wage as well as tips for their time at their tables. We are not as seasonal as other local restaurants and enjoy keeping our employees year round. We have the benefit of a captured audience of our island residents as well as a water taxi bringing guests to our beautiful location throughout the day,
