Why you’ll love this position: The RHTO Grant Program Manager for the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) will provide the day-to-day leadership and operational oversight required to deliver this critical component of Missouri’s RHTP. Reporting directly to the RHTP Director, this role will serve as a core leader within the newly established Rural Healthcare Transformation Office (RHTO). The RHTO is Missouri's central coordinating team, responsible for driving strategy, governance, performance management, and capability building across the five-year, $500M–$1B program.
The Grant Program Manager will define and drive the full implementation roadmap across a portfolio of sub-initiatives, orchestrating execution across a diverse stakeholder landscape while proactively managing risks and dependencies. Through disciplined oversight of timelines, budgets, and performance, the Grant Program Manager will ensure that sub-initiatives are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with program-wide objectives.
