A premier dental and cosmetic center in Business Bay, Dubai, committed to providing exceptional care to our diverse, international clientele. We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused individual to manage our front office and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multilingual Communication: Greet and assist patients professionally in English, Russian, and Arabic (written and spoken fluency is mandatory).
- Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for dentists, specialists, and cosmetic practitioners efficiently.
- Patient Service: Serve as the primary point of contact, handling patient inquiries, resolving scheduling conflicts, and providing information about services and pricing.
- Administration: Manage patient registration, verify insurance details, and handle accurate electronic and physical patient records (maintaining strict confidentiality).
- Financial Duties: Process payments, issue invoices, and manage basic daily billing and bookkeeping tasks.
- Coordination: Optimize the flow of patients and assist in coordinating the daily schedules of doctors and clinical staff.
- Operational Support: Monitor inventory and assist the Clinic Manager with various administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Mandatory: Fluency (written and spoken) in Russian and Arabic. Excellent English required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinic, hospital, dental center, or premium customer service environment (e.g., luxury hospitality).
- Strong proficiency with MS Office and experience with Clinic Management Software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
