Job Title: Russian Language Trainer

Location: Tilak Nagar, Delhi
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible)

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Russian Language Trainer to teach students at beginner to advanced levels. The ideal candidate should have strong command over Russian speaking, reading, listening, and writing skills, along with the ability to deliver interactive and effective lessons.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Russian language classes for A1 to B2 levels (as per CEFR standards).
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
• Train students for international certification exams (TORFL/TRKI) if required.
• Deliver engaging online and offline sessions.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Maintain class records, attendance, and progress reports.
• Ensure a positive and motivating learning environment.
• Organize quizzes, speaking activities, and practice sessions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Russian Language / Literature or relevant field.
• Certification in Russian proficiency (preferred).
• Prior teaching experience (offline/online) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Russian and English.
• Ability to teach students of different age groups and proficiency levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and teaching enthusiasm.

Work Schedule

• Morning / Afternoon / Evening batches available
• Weekdays and weekend flexibility

Salary

• Competitive salary based on experience and expertise.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
