Position Overview:

We are looking for a professional, proactive, and multilingual Patient Assistant who is fluent in Russian and Turkish to join our international team. You will serve as the main point of contact for Russian-speaking patients—guiding them through their entire journey with Vitrin Clinic, from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for Russian-speaking patients before, during, and after their treatment.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, travel coordination, accommodation, and interpretation as needed.
• Accompany patients during consultations, procedures, and recovery to ensure comfort and understanding.
• Clearly communicate treatment plans, pricing, and post-op care instructions in a culturally sensitive and supportive manner.
• Work closely with doctors, medical consultants, and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and an exceptional patient experience.
• Handle patient documentation and follow up on medical records and consent forms.
• Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally, providing emotional and logistical support.
• Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment for all international guests.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Russian and Turkish (English is a strong plus)
• Previous experience in healthcare, medical tourism, hospitality, or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional demeanor with empathy and cultural sensitivity
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus
