Job Summary;

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor who can lead our front-of-house team and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate must be Russian-speaking, have strong leadership skills, and be passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee service standards, staff coordination, and overall restaurant performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to maintain high service quality
• Lead, guide, and motivate service staff to ensure excellent guest experience
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally
• Coordinate with the kitchen and management team for seamless workflow
• Monitor table service, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene standards
• Train new staff on service protocols and brand standards
• Assist with scheduling, floor planning, and task delegation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE food safety regulations
• Oversee cash handling and opening/closing procedures

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Senior Waiter in a restaurant
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to join immediately (preferred)
