About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly talented Spa Sales Coordinator to join the team Zarya Wellness Spa Management Company FZE. The main purpose of this role is to plan, organize and direct the overall Sales activity of the department, and driving the Spa to achieve its financial goals, provide a highly personalized information on the service adhering to the standard required by the Zarya Wellness brand, giving advice and treat guests on well-being techniques and treatments.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Manage the day-to-day sales activities of the Spa, providing guidance, encouraging spa visit for the in-house guest / walk in guest and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high sales performance standards

· Develop a strong sales activity by meeting the in-house guest / Walk in guest during check in / leisure time of the guest.

· Preparation of the spa promotions in achieving overall budget through planned sales & marketing initiatives with the approval of Cluster Spa Manager / Director of Spa Operations.

· Communicate to Spa Receptionist / Spa Supervisor about the sales activities.

· Communicate all guest reviews & guest feedbacks to Cluster Spa Manager in results to implement improvements and ensure guest satisfaction.

· Implementing and monitoring up-selling strategies to maximize Spa revenue.

About the Candidate:

In order to be considered for this role, you will have gained an internationally recognized qualification in the Sales/ Spa Industry, or equivalent field, and you should have a minimum of 2 years sales experience in a 4/5-star Spa environment / Hotel environment. Experience in the Middle East is desirable.

It is essential that you have strong command of the Russian & English language, both spoken and written. You should have knowledge and experience to plan, execute and monitor all required sales activities. You also must be well-organized, process and result oriented.
