Who are we looking for?

We're looking for well-motivated productive Operation coordinator with multiple languages to join our team

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

– Communicating with sales representatives, translators, and patients to perform all the operations effectively and efficiently.

– Managing patients’ appointments and progress across the teams to ensure everything is delivered on time.

– Scheduling and managing the operations between the hospital and the office.

– Delegating tasks to the appropriate team members to deliver patient service goals and maintain their comfort.

– Possessing strategic thinking to help endure work pressure and daily faced problems and solve them effectively

Qualifications and Requirements:

– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Calender

– Ability to multi-task and cope with competing demands under tight deadlines.

– Strong initiative and self-motivation, with a commitment to teamwork.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Able to mentor and lead the team and staff.
