Job Description:
NV RV Rentals is looking for a dependable and motivated RV Repair Technician to join our team. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule in a relaxed, hands-on work environment. The role is ideal for someone with solid handyman skills who enjoys troubleshooting, fixing things, and working with a variety of systems.

RVs combine elements of automotive, electrical, plumbing, and general carpentry, so the right candidate will be comfortable working across multiple trades. RV-specific experience is a plus, but on-the-job training is available.

In addition to repairs and maintenance, this role may also assist with preparing units for rental, inspections, cleaning, and occasional customer support.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair common RV issues and system failures
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative inspections on RVs
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, plumbing systems, appliances, and mechanical components
• Perform minor automotive-related repairs and maintenance
• Repair or replace RV components such as fixtures, seals, panels, latches, and hardware
• Assist with departure and return inspections for rental units
• Help prepare RVs for upcoming rentals, including cleaning and restocking
• Provide occasional customer support or walk-throughs to renters as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Communicate repair needs and status updates with management

Skills & Qualifications

• Moderate handyman or mechanical experience
• Basic knowledge of automotive, electrical, or plumbing systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve mechanical issues
• Comfortable using common hand and power tools
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Friendly and professional when interacting with customers
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Prior RV, trailer, automotive, or marine repair experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
