Job Description

Conduct sales based on the demands of international patients via phone or online channels.

Communicate with international patients and answer their requests and calls.

Accompany international patients during surgery/treatment processes.

Follow up patients' recovery after they return to their home countries, maintain communication, and provide necessary support.

Prioritize patient satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking "Health Tourism Sales Specialists" with or without experience who have a career goal in Health Tourism and can translate patient requests into active sales.

University graduates with at least one year of experience in "International Sales and Marketing" (proven with the Social Security Institution occupational code)

Advanced English fluency, especially fluent speaking skills, and additional language skills (German or French) will be preferred.

RESIDING ON THE EUROPEAN SIDE OF ISTANBUL

Able to use MS Office programs effectively

Good diction and strong communication skills

Disciplined candidates with planning, reporting, and work organization skills are welcome to apply for full-time positions.
