We’re scaling fast and we’re looking for community-minded, driven sales reps to represent Jumper Media on the ground in San Diego.

The Role: Territory Account Representative

As a Territory Account Rep, you’ll be out in the field — engaging with local businesses, having meaningful conversations, and offering a powerful growth opportunity through a completely free trial of Jumper Local.

This isn’t traditional door-to-door sales. You’ll be a trusted digital growth consultant who brings real value to small business owners — no pressure, no contracts, no credit cards required.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and generate leads across local neighborhoods, industries, and community events
  • Create and work personal lead lists with pre-qualified businesses in target industries
  • Walk into businesses and start meaningful, valuable conversations
  • Offer a no-risk Free Trial of our Jumper Local service — no payment or access required
  • Set clear expectations and book follow-up Zoom calls with our Account Executive team
  • Track your meetings, leads, and appointments in our CRM
  • Represent Jumper Media at local events and business associations
  • Partner with our inside sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client journey
  • Work closely with local leadership to develop effective processes

Who You Are

  • 2+ years experience in outside sales, retail territory, or B2B appointment setting
  • Required is a GREAT ATTITUDE backed by a determination to succeed
  • Energetic, curious, and positive — you lead with value and enthusiasm
  • A natural communicator with high emotional intelligence and confidence in-person
  • Self-motivated and highly organized — you can manage your day in the field with autonomy
  • Strong work ethic and competitive drive — you like winning, and helping others win
  • San Diego-based and excited to be involved in the community and connect with business owners

Compensation & Perks

  • Base Salary: $55,000/year
  • Commissions & Bonuses:
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000+
