Position: Safety & Security Specialist

Facility: BayCare System Office (travel through system as needed)

• Takes a proactive, prevention-oriented approach to ensure continuous quality improvement to develop, implement and monitor Occupational Health and Safety programs and policies.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Required specific skills also includes 24-hr Hazmat operations training, life safety inspection techniques and industrial hygiene practices, inspection techniques, and safety management principles.

Minimum Qualifications:

Certifications and Licensures

• Driver's License (State of Florida)

• Security D - Within 90 days

• High School or Equivalent

• 1 year Security
