This position is responsible for assisting with tasks to ensure compliance to safety standards.

Essential Functions

  • Assist with DOT (Department of Transportation) compliance
  • Print new employee ID badges and replacement badges
  • Fulfill safety guidebook orders
  • Print and assemble safety guidebooks to maintain supply
  • Answer safety feedback phone line and gather information from callers
  • Digital filing of training documents, safety meeting rosters, etc.
  • Basic LMS (Learning Management System) Support - assigning training upon request, basic login troubleshooting, etc.
  • Scanning paper documentation to digitize documents
  • Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
