Role Overview

We are looking for experienced and proactive Safety Engineers to join our Pan India projects. The candidate will play a crucial role in implementing safety standards, conducting risk assessments, and building a culture of safety across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and procedures.

Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.

Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and client safety requirements.

Provide safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for workers and staff.

Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare reports with corrective measures.

Monitor and ensure proper usage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Maintain accurate safety documentation and records as per ISO & legal standards.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and client representatives to resolve safety issues.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma/Degree in Engineering with specialization in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety.

1-2 years of relevant experience in EPC/Construction/Infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, audits, and compliance.

Willingness to travel and work at Pan India project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
