Role & responsibilities

• Implement and monitor company HSE policies, procedures, and statutory compliance at site level.

• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.

• Ensure compliance with legal, client, and corporate safety requirements.

• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Organize and deliver HSE training programs, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns for employees and subcontractors.

• Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports (checklists, permits, inspection logs, etc.).

• Develop and execute emergency response plans and conduct mock drills periodically.

• Monitor environmental aspects, including waste management, pollution control, and sustainability measures.

• Coordinate with site management, client, and authorities to ensure effective safety implementation.

• Promote safety culture and continuous improvement, aiming for zero accidents and incidents at site.
• Preparing HSE plan for the site.
• Making amendments of HSE plan.
• Imparting classroom HSE training to the staff.
• Making site based induction capsules.
• Conducting inter site cross audit.
• Preparing sites and guiding Site team for ISO 45001.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹46,175.61 per month
