Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures specific to infrastructure projects
- Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments regularly
- Identify potential hazards in construction activities and recommend preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations and standards
- Monitor use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks for site personnel
- Liaise with project, engineering, and operations teams to resolve safety issues
- Support emergency preparedness planning and drills on-site
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and compliance reports
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Diploma, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of construction safety standards, risk assessment, and incident management
- Strong communication and leadership skills for conducting training and enforcing safety practices
- Ability to analyze complex site operations and recommend safety improvements
Work Environment
- Construction sites including roads, buildings infrastructure

- Reduction in site accidents and incidents

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
