Safety Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures at the site.
• Conduct daily safety toolbox meetings and maintain related records.
• Identify potential hazards and ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken.
• Conduct safety inspections for equipment, tools, and PPE usage.
• Support in implementing and maintaining ISO, OSHA, or other safety management systems.
• Maintain accident and incident reports; assist in root cause analysis.
• Create awareness among site staff and workers regarding safe working practices.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to maintain a safe work environment.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of construction site safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Ability to identify hazards and suggest preventive measures.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining safety records and reports.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Safety Engineering, Fire & Industrial Safety, Civil, or Mechanical.

Experience: Fresher to 1 year (preferably in construction or PEB industry).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
