SAFETY ENGINEER / OFFICER

Bachelor degree in Sciences, Occupational Safety or Engineering with formal training (certification / diploma) in Safety and Risk Management. Preferably a member of recognized international safety organization.4 – 6 years of safety and risk management experience in a project-based environment.

Skills :

Strong knowledge of implementing safety and environmental management systems programs, including occupational hygiene in a project based environment. Up-to-date working knowledge fo applicable HSE laws, municipal legislations etc. Knowledge of recognized safety and environmental management system standards (e.g., OSHAD (Qudrat), NEBOSH, IOSH etc. audit standards (i.e., ISO 19011) and behavioural safety techniques; demonstrated HSE compliance auditing and management systems assessments experience.
