Junior HSE Officer

PFC Group is seeking a motivated and responsible Junior HSE Officer to join our construction team. The candidate will assist in maintaining health, safety and environmental standards across construction sites and ensure compliance with company safety procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in construction industry
• Basic knowledge of construction HSE regulations and procedures
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site safety inspections
• Ensure proper implementation of PPE and safety procedures
• Assist in toolbox talks and safety training sessions
• Report unsafe acts and hazardous conditions
• Maintain HSE reports and documentation
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
