المهام الوظيفية | Job Responsibilities

• التأكد من أن جميع الأنشطة في الفروع تُنفذ وفقًا لقواعد السلامة والأمن والصحة والبيئة (SSHE) الخاصة بشركة جال، والسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة للشركة.
• إجراء عمليات تدقيق وتفتيش على الالتزام بـ القواعد الذهبية (Golden Rules Compliance)، وإعداد التقارير اللازمة ومتابعة إغلاق الإجراءات التصحيحية.
• المساهمة في إعداد وصياغة تعليمات العمل بالمواقع، وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs)، وخطط وإجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ.
• إجراء تقييمات للمخاطر للكشف عن الأخطار المحتملة ووضع التدابير الوقائية اللازمة.
• المساعدة في تقييم بيئة العمل وتطوير سياسات إدارة السلامة التي تحدد مسؤوليات السلامة لجميع الموظفين.
• دعم رئيس السلامة في الفروع في تطوير ومراجعة برامج السلامة الخاصة بكل موقع.
• الإشراف على برنامج التدقيق والتقييم في مجال الصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة (HSSE) للفروع.
• ضمان التزام الفروع بمعايير وإرشادات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الخاصة بالشركة والجهات التنظيمية.
• القيام بجولات تفتيش منتظمة في مواقع العمل مع المشرف المسؤول من المقاول، وإعداد التقارير ذات الصلة.
• تنفيذ وتوثيق جميع عمليات التفتيش والمتابعة والاختبارات المطلوبة.
• ضمان متابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية بشكل كافٍ عند تحديد أوجه القصور.
• إعداد التقارير المطلوبة للفروع أو المقر الرئيسي أو للجهات الخارجية بشكل دقيق وفي الوقت المناسب.
• الإشراف على صيانة معدات الوقاية الشخصية، ولافتات السلامة، وأدوات الإسعافات الأولية، وجميع المعدات الأخرى المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة.
• تنفيذ أي مهام أو مسؤوليات أخرى مرتبطة بالوظيفة يتم تكليفها من قبل المدير المباشر.
• Ensures all activities in branches are conducted in accordance with Jal’s Safety, Security, Health and Environment rules and Corporate Policies and Procedures.
• Conducts site Golden Rules Compliance audits and inspections with writing reports and closes out the corrective actions.
• Assists in developing and writing Site Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, and Emergency Response Plans and procedures.
• Conducts risk assessments to detect potential hazards and plan precautionary measures.
• Assists in evaluating the workplace environment and developing safety-management policies that identify the safety responsibilities of all employees.
• Assists the Head of Safety in Branches in the development and revision of specific site safety programs.
• Maintains a HSSE audit and assessment program for the branch.
• Ensures the branch adheres to company and regulatory HES standards and guidelines.
• Carries out regular inspections of the work areas with Contractor respective supervisor and prepares reports.
• Performs and documents all required inspections, monitoring, and/or testing.
• Ensures adequate follow-up of correction activities when deficiencies are identified.
• Prepares required reporting for the branch, headquarter, and/or external agencies in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintains all personal protective equipment, safety signage, first aid supplies, and other equipment related to health and safety.
• Performs any other duties and responsibilities that related to the job as designated by the Line Manager.

المتطلبات الوظيفية | Job Requirements

• شهادة بكالوريوس في تخصص ذو علاقة.
• شهادة مهنية OSHA أو NEBOSH (شرط أساسي للقبول).
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال مشابه.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Professional certification OSHA or NEBOSH (mandatory for acceptance).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
